We can help even if you’ve had a CCJ. A lot will depend on when it was registered and the amount it was for but we can quickly let you know your options and if a lender will accept be ok with it.

Defaults

Yes we can help even if you’ve had a default registered recently. We will look at when the default was registered and the amount hit was registered for. Even if they are still outstanding, we have lenders that will accept you

Low Score

Lenders typically will look at your credit score to determine if you qualify for a mortgage but what happens if you have a low score? We have access to lenders that wont even look at your credit score which normally means we can get you approved.

Bad Credit

Usually acceptance for a mortgage will depend on when the missed payments occurred and wether you’ve caught back up now but we have access to lenders that will accept you

DMP’s are fine. Our lenders will accept you but will normally want to know that you have been making payments satisfactorily for the past few months.
